    Dear Customers,

    Defective item:
    - Take picture/video of the defects and contact us within 7 days (Orders by Hand) or 14 days ( Orders by Letterbox) from the collection/shipping date
    - Shipping fee will be paid by customer and later on reimbursed via Qmoney
    - Item must be return in FULL

    Shortage or wrong item:
    - Take picture of the mailing label and product and contact us within 7days (Orders by Hand) or 14 days ( Orders by Letterbox) from the shipping date
    - Shipping fee will be paid by customer and later on reimbursed via Qmoney
    - Item must be return in FULL
    - NOT APPLICABLE to Store Pickup orders

    Warranty Claims (Part 1)

    Please check for warranty sticker upon receiving your product.

    Warranty sticker could be either on the product itself or on the packaging. If warranty sticker is on the packaging, please keep the FULL packaging.

    Warranty period start from either the date of receipt or 14 days from the date of shipping, whichever is earlier.

    Warranty period are stated accordingly in the item listing.

    For repaired or replaced items, warranty shall continues for the remaining portion of the original warranty period unless otherwise stated.

    Warranty sticker has been damaged/removed/missing from the product or the packaging.

    This warranty does not cover:

    Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product and any accessories even if packaged or sold together with the product.
